I am the employee as well as the leader of “Culinary Arts Cultivation Workshop” and I love my job. Therefore, in addition to cleaning dishes and classroom, I teach students Chinese food, vegetarian diet, western style food, bread, cookies, Chinese style wheat flour, Chinese style rice and license related classes.I earned my Bachelor Degree at Taipei University of Marine Technology. Later, I spent two years pursuing my Master Degree at Chinese Culture University. I am an Aquarius. Because the destination of water is the ocean, I come back to Taipei University of Marine Technology. I will do research on those areas that I do not touch yet. Hoping that I can learn more and deeper in the food science field.
