英文自傳 Hello, professors and teachers. My name is 蔡亞宸 kingsley
I grew up in a family full of love, my mother served in the education sector, my father was designing jewellery and diamonds, and I cultivated my literacy for art from an early age. I was able to learn all kinds of talents. Fortunately, I have been swimming around and growing up. I have a diversified personality trait. I have been involved in various aspects of swimming, piano, singing, dancing and catering, and have achieved great results.
I was enrolled in the private Guangren Country, because I didn’t have much interest in reading. My parents hoped to learn a skill, so I started to enter the dining route. The reason why I chose the Taipei University of Ocean Science and Technology’s food and beverage management department was because I passed the test. "Fu Hengyu" introduced me from the beginning of school to ignorant ignorance, because the fate met my director "Xu Junlan" director, the director promoted me all the way, taught me to find problems to solve problems, treat people, and also constantly demanding myself With the practice, I have been very fulfilling and wonderful in the past three years. I can not only fulfill the mission of the director, but also start and end. I also independently held the "2018 Taipei Sea Cup National Tray Competition" and "2018 Second Taiwan Fuji Mountain". Cup of Japanese Wine International Blind Drinks Competition,In the way of learning, I served as the president of the bartender, planning a number of art club activities, such as: coffee pull flowers, creative beverage modulation, a small party, wine tasting and western etiquette, sommelier training, etc. Other interesting and professional activities, these experiences have also improved my organizational structure and planning capabilities. In my spare time, I will take the skills test to improve my personal taste and interact with others. I will take the Chinese Cuisine Skills Certificate, Chinese food cooking, beverage preparation, store service and baking bread. In addition, I also took the basic life-saving technique, BLS license, BLSI instructor, Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (AED) to improve workplace safety knowledge in the area of ??international licenses, I took the SSE (Silicon Stone Education) meal management manager and obtained the certificate of professional training for the crew of the Republic of China in various fields this summer also adopted the MNS drink in Michigan, USA. The engraving art barista and creative jelly art masters totaled 16 pieces.
In terms of competition, I won a total of 32 awards, 3 gold medals and 3 trophies. The most impressive contest I made was the "2018 Taiwan Asian Wine Society''s 6th Young Sommelier Elite Competition" because of the previous session. The mistakes made me pass the name, but after I continued to practice for a year and the guidance of Director Jun Lan, I won the first runner-up trophy in my life in the sixth session. This also proves that as long as the effort can be successful, Since the school received the Higher Education and Deep Cultivation Program of the Ministry of Education, I also assisted in the compilation of the "Beverage Modulation Skills Skills Verification" textbook. I hope that I can actually accomplish any task in the future. If I can achieve it in the future, I will be open-minded. Attitude learning, add more color to your life.
I have been brave enough to face the problem from a young age, have the courage to accept the challenge, and believe in {persistence} to win everything. The spirit of the film I like [Never Give Up] has deeply influenced me since childhood, for the spirit of not giving up. It is always with you.
I can learn the correct knowledge by listening to the lessons and learning with humility. The English is more prominent. I like to be immersed in the English world. I can find the fun of English. I can always become a helper of English teachers during the progression. In terms of management, students have any problems, and I can always solve problems for them. Even if there are any problems in the group life, they can always solve them together.
My study life can be said to be multi-faceted. I have learned a lot of valuable experience in assisting in the management of cooking. I am enthusiastic about participating in cooking and getting along well with my classmates. I also have been working hard and sincerely since childhood. Benefit, to enhance their strength in the field of cooking, because they are interested in the field of cooking, and they are convinced that they have the ability and determination to do any task in the future. If they succeed in the future, I will be open-minded. The attitude of learning, to add more color to your life.
